The Love Basket Foundation (LBF) is a faith-driven N.G.O committed to restoring hope, dignity, and wholeness to communities through practical acts of love. We run different "Basket Initiatives" targeting children, women, men, persons with disabilities, and the elderly ensuring that no one is left behind.

In this season, our heart turns to our fathers and mothers of faith who have labored before us. On 28th August in Embu County, we shall be holding the Basket to the Elderly Initiative a special outreach where we provide care hampers to elderly men and women in need, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

Each hamper is valued at Ksh 1,500, and we warmly invite you to stand with us in this noble cause whether by sponsoring a full hamper or donating any item towards it.

Here's a guide of some of the items we’re collecting:

1 bale of unga – Ksh 1,700

1 sack of rice – Ksh 2,500

1kg of ndengu – Ksh 200 or sack @ Ksh 20,000

1 bar of soap – Ksh 200 or box @ Ksh 2,300

Every form of support whether in-kind or financial goes a long way in bringing comfort and joy to an elderly person.
